“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.”

I am a clinical psychologist specializing in helping my clients with difficulties surrounding anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, and managing the stresses of daily life. We don’t need to do it alone.
What does finding your own life’s balance mean to you? It looks different for us all. I will work together with you, both as a guide and as your team member, to help you set goals and work to meet those personal goals.
For those parents out there- we all need help when parenting gets difficult, and it does for all of us. Balancing the needs of our family with our own can be challenging to say the least. With expertise in child and adolescent diagnosis and treatment, training in family therapy, and as a parent myself, I bring together both an understanding of child and adolescent development and an empathy toward parents I am working with. I use my expertise in this area to give parents support and real world techniques to help both yourself and your children thrive.
I first began my private practice in the Upper West Side neighborhood in New York City. I then returned to the Southeast when I opened my practice in Atlanta.
I am passionate about the “whole” person, taking a comprehensive, collaborative approach with services.
I approach treatment and assessment from a strengths-based perspective and integrate a variety of psychological orientations using psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, family systems, and solution-focused techniques.
As a therapist, I see the potential in any situation no matter how discouraging and overwhelming it may seem. Focusing on the possibilities, rather than the complications, of a situation prevents it from seeming insurmountable.
Through this approach, I focus on resiliency and helping my clients to recognize their unique strengths in order to learn and grow from their experiences and difficulties.
I have worked in a range of settings including schools, private clinics, and hospitals, helping me to develop a unique breadth and depth of understanding of what my clients may be experiencing.
These experiences allow me to identify and implement therapy treatments that are individually-tailored to receive the maximum and most personally beneficial outcome for each client I work with. I am passionate about my work and dedicated to my clients.
